Our clients are top priority at H & K Studio Salon.
 

We understand unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. However, if you forget your appointment, do not show, or fail to reschedule in a timely manner, we lose the opportunity to fill that time slot. With that said, we respectfully require you provide at least a 24-hour notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Our Policy

A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be 50 dollars of the booked services or full amount if the amount is less than 30 dollars.

 

Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee we will provide the service. If we cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged. We will try our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.

 

A credit card is required to make an appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide.

 

Cancellations or “no shows” that do not meet the above requirements will result in 50 dollars or the full amount under 30 dollars fee charged to your next booking.

 

**We realize emergencies occur. If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will try our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you. It will be up to the discretion of the employee on how you will be charged in relation to the cancellation/late fee policy.**
